Love the quality of the hair. Willing to pay the price for how good the hair is. However, the customer service is horrible. I spent $500 on hair that the sales rep said would be guaranteed by Tuesday and was never even ordered.They do not live up to their promises and will not do anything to fix their mistakes. You will spend a lot of money and receive the worst customer service there is!\r
