Bought a new MAC on ""sale"". Saved $100. After sale absolutely not a care at all. No customer service. Before sale attentive, informative. After sale nothing. Also, sold me a piece of equipment that the Apple store does not sell anymore because outdated. Never told us there was a newer and better version. Disappointment
