I have been with Clair Optical Co for over 30 years and the owner asked me to respond to the lady with the review. I have always been treated with respect and great service with Clair. I have consistently found them to be more competitive than 1800 contacts. If I have ripped a lens or need a few until I get into my doctor they take care of our family. I totally do not understand any part of her review given the 30 years of service I have received. I would recommend Clair Optical and have done to family and friends for 30 years. Some people just choose to be unhappy and spend far too much time trying to hurt others.\r
