Do not waste your time using Enterprise in Decatur Tx. We returned a rental and they tried saying there was hail damage. The vechicle had not been in any hail storms of any kind what-so-ever. They gave us a vechicle with expired sticker and taillights that did not work. Dennis said that they were trained to see this damage but yet no one else could see it. He said they go over the vechicle when they give it to you, but they did not get on top of the vechicle and look at it when they gave it to my daughter. So how would they know what was on top. Oh they did say they were sorry about the sticker that expired in March. Dennis the branch manager would not contact his boss for me to speak with. We took pictures of the vechicle and there was NO hail damage. Sorry business and they will be reported to the BBB.\r
