GrubHub. I am so sad. This was about the seventh time I have ordered from Baan and every other time was fantastic, fast, and delicious. THIS time however, the order was completely wrong and took almost 90 minutes to deliver. (they are 2 miles from me. I know, I should have picked it up, right?). Here is the scoop: I placed the order at 5 pm. at 5:10 pm they called and said they had a fax of my order, and asked if I wanted it now. Yes. They said 15 minutes. COOL! about 6:20 I called to see where it was, they said "on the way" OK. So when I get the order and it is made wrong, I called as ask to see if maybe I just got the wrong order. They started yelling at me saying if I wanted a refund they would come back and take back the food and I would have to ask grubhub for my money "You didn't pay me. You paid grubhub. We take back the food, you won't get money from us" ... WHOA! I was so confused. Definitely not a way to keep business. Bummer.
