WARNING: Do not believe the previouis poster. There is no way in my opinion that anyone could have a good experience with this place. This is the WORST storage place imaginable. I had my things stored there during Huricance Sandy. When I called after the storm to check on the status of my posessions, they told me there was minimal if any damage. Upon returning 2 months later to check on my stuff, I found the entire storage facility had been flooded. I had to throw away $20,000 of personal belongings. They provided no help and were extremely rude. They lied about the amount of damage that has occurred to the faciliy and to my things. When I removed my things from storage at the beginning of the month to close the account and throw away all of my things they still charged for the that full month despite the fact that I vacated the space on only the 5th day of the month. They were too busy filing their own personal claims for FEMA assistance to be bothered with helping their customers who has lost eveything. As I was covered in toxic mold and dirty sewer river water removing my things to throw them away, they couldn't even provide hand sanitzer, latex gloves nothing. They really deserve to go of business. I feel that they have NO ethics only greed, never use this storage facility. I paid over a $1,100 in fees over the course of the year to store my things and now I have nothing.
