????? I have never got worst service in my whole life! I ordered a backpack to Antigua Guatemala via FedEx only to find our, after I already paid, that my package is being shipped via USPS (which cost 15$ less, money I never got back...). I was promised that this is the safest way and that the package will get to the exect address I gave within 3-5 days. Eventually I got it after two weeks, after I needed to go to Guatemala City on my own (wich cost extra 20$ and took 4 hours!) to get it from there. When I complained I was told that I've nothing to complain about since I got a ""sweet deal"".\r
I would recommend no one to get involved with this company!
