UNPROFESSIONAL staff, sleazy doctor. The experience was buying a used car but WORSE since I was humiliated by people coming in the exam room while I'm topless including ""visiting"" or ""observing"" doctors AND the front desk girl Kara sneaked a peek through the door to see my surgery result while i was topless. Dr. Mangubat didn't even care that his staff was acting so innapropriately. In fact he was worse! So sleazy! he doesn't listen to any concerns and acts annoyed when you ask questions
