I'm puzzled by the negative reviews as I went to Chappy's with a group and was met with excellent service, terrific food, and an atmosphere unrivaled in the Nashville area. The food--from appetizer to salad to entree to dessert--was amazing. I will definitely return. Reservations are probably a good idea, and the private alcoves are GREAT for a small group.
