Are you looking for apartments in Anaheim? Why don't you consider Villa del sol. Nicely maintained. Staff has very few working hours. Good breakfast will be provided. Many tenants are elder people. They don't like very small noise too. This is some what irritating. These aparts are friendly with fedex and ups services. Nice security. Rent is cheaper compared to average in Lincon and anaheim. Parking space is limited. No referrels. Very few apartmnets will be available always. Heavy competetion for these apartments. Very good lawn. Very unfortunate for adelphia cable tv lovers. These apartments doesn't allow any body other than Dish network.

The owners are doing an immense amount of renovating, so be warned. There's construction crews out...

The owners are doing an immense amount of renovating, so be warned. There's construction crews out with heavy equipment every day, so sleeping in or napping is out. Also all the amenities besides the pool and hot tub are closed for six months. It's in a pretty crappy area too. But the staff is nice, and the courtyards are well kept. You may want to wait to live here until all the construction is done though, because by then it should be a really great place.

This place isn't government issues housing but I swear sometimes it feels like it. There are a lot of things wrong, but for the rent sometimes you can't complain if you've gotten yourself into a hard spot. There are a lot of families here with more than one child. That means there is a lot of noise. The windows are thin and the upstairs has a landing that goes all the way around the front of the units and you can feel and hear anyone running on them. The gate to the carports doesn't last more than 2 months at a time without being broken somehow, again. The residents prop the gates (that you need your keys to) open all the time with rocks. There are shopping carts that make their way in the courtyard after repeated warnings to all tenants that they be removed. It's just aggravating. I'm used to quiet and orderly, but this part of Anaheim is too close to the school for me, and Disney Land, Knotts Berry Farm.
