I've been a customer of Empire for a number of years: purchased 2 push-mowers, and 2 weed whackers, all products for home use. Empire sells great products, like Snapper, and offers real service.I get my parts through them, too. I'm writing here, because I saw some negative reviews posted. I've had positive experiences, so I think the people who wrote the negative stuff either expect to get something for nothing, or they are complainers. Let me say this: if you want to go to a place like Home Depot or Lowe's or Sears, you might see a lower price, but you will not get the same sales expertise or service after the sale. You won't get your questions answered and your needs met at a huge chain store. I know, because I made the mistake of going to those stores in the past. Another thing... Empire is busy, ask yourself why... its because they sell good products and provide good service... many locals, like myself, know that, and so we shop there. N C (my initials)
