AWFUL! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! We ordered our windows the first week of March, and as you can see by the date of this review it is nearly July, and we STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR WINDOWS! Furthermore, Window World never called use to tell us what was going on. If I wanted to get a status update I either had to call them and hope someone would answer the phone, or I had to drive to the store to find out what was going on. Then finally, last week our windows (and we only ordered 3) showed up. The installers came to the house to do the work, and then promptly disappeared without a word. We had no idea what happened! Yet again, zero communication from the company and we had to contact the store in order to find out that the windows didn't fit and that Window World was going to have to order new ones. When I called the corporate office and spoke to one of the owners, I was promised that we would have our windows the next week and that they would call me the very next by 10am to confirm everything. The next day came and went, and yet again I got no phone call. I called them the following day and requested a full refund. So, 4 months later I'm back to square one with rotted windows that desperately need to be replaced. Thanks for nothing Window World!
