I called looking for a price on a furnace. The woman who answered was not nice....asked for the model number and put me on hold. Another woman picked up and said, ""Can I help you"". I told her I was on hold for a furnace and she said, ""Yup what is the model number"". Put on hold again and this time a guy picked up the phone....very rude also....and again, ""What can I help you with"". I had to start all over with my situation. How rude!!! The first person should have said, ""I will switch you to so and so...instead of putting me on hold and tossing me around like a Yo-Yo. Consequently, I went White's Plumbing and they were very professional and helpful. Allen's Plumbing will never get my business.
