Asked if blonde woman could even up stitching on shoes she ""repaired."" Blonde woman became defensive, argumentative and rude. Young guy who worked there said the shoes ""looked fine."" She asked if I was happy with the shoes but did not like the answer. They do not have to wear them!! She ruined expensive shoes and I have to buy new ones.
