I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option. We are AAA members and needed a tow. AAA forwarded us to these jokers and we called them for a tow from home to a garage. Being on a tight budget we Googled the shortest distance to the garage. When the driver arrived, we showed him the map and requested he take us that route. He flatly refused because it didn't match his GPS. We again referred him to the map, at which point he called dispatch. Dispatch told him to book the trip as ""no service"" and he left.
They were rude and inconsiderate, and I will never call them again. Be warned!
