I went to Dolce's yesterday for a cut and color. Angie did my hair and although the color was fine, she did a terrible job on the haircut. I specifically told her I was growing the layers out. She didn't listen and cut my hair in layers, some very short. Now it will take months for my hair to recover. Since it was my first time there, the cut (butcher job) was free as the owner told me. I will not go back.
