I was a 5 year customer of Villaggio. I am very disappointed in the poor customer service from the spa management. My husband purchased me a gift card for Christmas and I wasn't aware there was an expiration date. Lucky me received two gift certificates for Villaggio for Christmas that year and I didn't attempt to use the certificate from my husband until 14 months after it was purchased. The front desk kindly told me they couldn't honor it and that I would need to speak to the business director to see if anything could be done for me. I have left several messages over several months for the business director and never received a call back. Though I would be very disappointed, I would understand if her hands were tied and couldn't do anything about it, but to not return any of my calls is what will keep me from returning to Villaggio. more
