I was a 5 year customer of Villaggio. I am very disappointed in the poor customer service from the spa management. My husband purchased me a gift card for Christmas and I wasn't aware there was an expiration date. Lucky me received two gift certificates for Villaggio for Christmas that year and I didn't attempt to use the certificate from my husband until 14 months after it was purchased. The front desk kindly told me they couldn't honor it and that I would need to speak to the business director to see if anything could be done for me. I have left several messages over several months for the business director and never received a call back. Though I would be very disappointed, I would understand if her hands were tied and couldn't do anything about it, but to not return any of my calls is what will keep me from returning to Villaggio.
