I have been going to her since at least 2005. My last visit, even though I requested her and waited till she was back from vacation, I was still practiced on by Dr. Kim for 2 crowns. I suspect they used permanant glue for the temporarys, when I returned for the permanent crowns, it took 3.5 hours and they had to break the temporaries up into pieces to get them off. It was painful and scary. I felt I needed a second opinion and got x rays elsewhere, and a deep cleaning. the doctor there said it looked like they hadnt been cleaned in years (it was 3 months!). I called to ask for a refund of some sort, her ofice lady Hanna called back and basically said no. Beware! Its all about the money!
