I experienced a little frustration in communicating what I wanted done. I didn't feel like my stylist really understood what I was asking for. The instructor did but initially the stylist did something else. The really positive thing was that we were able to address this and work through it and I ended by getting a wonderful hair cut that I am very happy with and have received compliments on.
