If you want a technician that will troubleshoot a problem and repair this is not the place - they simply replace parts and charge a premium. They will charge a lot for a call out to tell you what you already told the receptionist then they order a part and read through the manual as they replace. They claim that you are legally obligated to a lot of things in the contract which you can read and find out that you are not legally obligated to . . . pushy. They fixed my issue but I would find someone else the next time I have an issue with an appliance. I chose them from the excellent reviews they received so I thought I would provide an alternate perspective.
