I purchased a commercial property 13 years ago. Through-out the thirteen years, every year we have leaks in our brand new roof. Every year it is difficult to get Hogan to respond to any service request. When they do, it is, ""I forgot a ladder"" or ""no show"" or ""it is difficult to find where it is coming from"" NO ACTION, and all kinds of reflection. After 13 years of this, I conceited and stopped calling them. I come into the office today 6-25-11 and find ceiling tiles destroyed and cabinets damaged due to water.
