newly remodeled, convient location on colby just north of downtown, a decent area of town. there a secured entrance. only negative is lack of parking, have to pay for a side lot, there is no convient on street parking nearby. solid value, slightly more than other places nearby, but well worth it.

Travis speaks of the bank branch in Fred Meyer where they do not process mortgage loans. The only place to go for a home loan in Everett is this WAMU Home Loan Center. Low fees and rates! ive been going here for years, its smaller branch but the customer service way above the other branches, and ive been to them all. busy after 3pm but enough tellers to help quickly. worth the drive here, near costco easy to find. nice and new, good lobby and entrance, smallish parking lot but no issues.

I have worked with Dan Dotson, Chun Dotson, Duy Tran and Pete Sandoval. All the agents are very friendly. I have especially found Pete to work his tail off for his clients and is very good at follow up.
Besides English, Pete speaks Spanish. I think Chun speaks Korean and that Duy speaks Vietnamese, but you should double check that before taking my word for it.
I have found all these agents to be sincere in trying to help you get into the home and loan that is right for you.
Another added benefit is the Affordable Housing Alliance that works with Family Crest. This is a way that you can get into a home, when otherwise you may not be able to.
If you are looking for a real estate agent, you should definitely give Family Crest a call.

dont move here! manager is lazy and worthless. they charge fees for no reason. property is dirty and unclean, dumpsters overflowing. run by williams co. who are involved in class action lawsuit (slumlords) lots of breakins too

in-store branch of wamu, inside a fred meyers. somewhat always busy because of this, but if you need to shop its a time saver. only had one problem here once as a teller wouldn't help with an issue i was having, that someone at a different branch solved quickly and easily, so i avoid this branch, go to the next one up on bothell-everett hwy.
