The team at Klein Honda found for me the exact pre-owned car I was looking for, and it was spotless! Everyone I dealt with went the extra mile in making my buying experience a pleasure. They even volunteered to run trip-check on line for me to see how the freeways were doing before my drive home to Portland, Oregon. Everyone on their staff made me feel right at home.

I had my van worked on at Dana's Transmission. My wife and I were impressed with the whole company from the guys out in the shop all the way to the office. We told Tom what the van was doing & not doing.
Tom explained what he thought the problem was and the cost. We needed a part that wasn't in his bid. Tom called to let my wife and I know the cost. When we went and picked up are van. Tom had paid for the part. You don't find people like that this day and age.
My wife was so impressed with Dana's she baked around 3 dozen cookies and took them to the shop. Over the years I have work with a lot of shops, by far Dana's has been the best to work with. About a month after that are van wouldn't start. I called Tom to see if he had any ideas. He told me that it could be a ground. I was going to have the van towed to his shop when he said to let him get it towed he has a co. he uses. He called me later that day to tell me the van was ready. When I asked what was wrong he said that it was the ground. When we went to get the van Tom said no charge I told him that I wanted to pay for the tow Tom said no way. His customer service is a lot better than any shop I have had to work with in the last 20 years. If you need your car worked on call Dana's Transmission they will treat you like a friend not just a dollar. It's the only place I will ever go. Thank Dana's for a wonderful job.

I bought a pair to tail gate cables and fasteners here for my 97' GMC Sonoma because they ended up being a dealer only part, which ended up being a bit more expensive than I planned on, but that's ok I guess because of the quality of the parts and their name (name brand - GMC) rests in my satisfaction and how well of a use I get out of the parts. And so far I have had no problems with them and I have had them for about 4-6months I would say. The customer service there was great, and they were very helpful with explaining to me how to put the parts to my truck. I would recommend Everett GMC Chevrolet to everyone looking for that one of a kind part that most other auto parts chain stores won't carry.

They were very accomodating, friendly. I didn't pass my emission test and had to go and get that fixed. It was late on friday and they took my car in. They fixed it and it passed the test. It' was expensive but the work was good.

I purchased a Kia Sedona Van from Performance Kia on 7/30/05. This was a complicated transaction as I have Multiple Sclerosis and I was having to purchase a van that I could retrofit to carry my new electric wheelchair. Our salesman Paul was an absolute sweetheart to work with and really made sure that I got exactly what I needed. He assisted me from my first call to the Dealer, to picking out the van, helping to set up the financing and helping take care of everything else that came up after the purchase. I absolutely love the Van and I am extremely pleased with the whole transaction.

I brought in my wifes lexus yesterday and what a nice job these guys did on it. I had been to the seattle shop but they had to open appointments so i decided to try another location of there's. I spoke to vince over the phone and he was very polite and quoted me 259.95 for all the windows. When I arrived he explained all of the films to me and recommended a film that will block out more heat. I was very impressed with hes knowlege and very happy with the installation. Great job guys! - Steve

Great place to have your European vehicle repaired at. Whether it is a BMW, Mercedes, Audi or VW, whatever you have these guys can fix it. I have owned several European vehicles over the years and have always been happy with their service. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they really know their stuff. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member. Great service at a great price.

It seems like that this person before me has signed in 4 times with different user names and posted his negative xperience 4 different ways.
Today I bought a new 2008 Mazda3i Sport from this dealership. I have not been in this dealership before and I didn't know anyone there, but I actually had a good experience. The sales guy (Gary) was actually very nice. He was patient, polite, courteous, and answered all question(s) I had. He did not try to sell me the car, or push me to buy it in any way. He pointed out that their number one goal was customer satisfaction, and they try to retain customers, and during my shopping, he lived up to what he was saying.
I had bad experience with dealerships before when I bought cars, so naturally I have a negative image about buying a car. I guess I was lucky this time. Maybe this other person who did the negative review, dealt with a different sales guy, but I would definitely recommend to talk to Gary if you decide to visit the dealership. After the purchase, he introduced me around to different people at sales, parts, and service. He made me feel welcome and comfortable.
