I really like Havertys furniture but from the service received after buying a loveseat we will no longer be purchasing anything from the Frisco store. The assistant manager was absolutely no help and our salesman did nothing to follow up with us after we called and expressed we were unhappy with our furniture piece. If you're going to buy Havertys we would suggest the Coppell store. The people were so friendly and were able to get our loveseat exchanged for us. Quite a drive from our home but completely worth it for prompt and friendly customer service!
