I can't speak for the regular food because I have not tried it yet BUT as for the dim sum! It was great! It was my first time trying dim sum at Toa Toa so, I asked one of the ladies what she would recommend. She told me the chicken feet and the steamed ribs are good. I ordered those among other things I normally enjoy at a dim sum restaurant and it was all very good! I will be going back again for sure!
