Geared toward non-dancers, the Latin Workout class at Alpharetta?s Daza Dance Academy incorporates various Latin dances like cha cha, rumba, salsa and samba in an hour-long session that is invigorating, fun and not a bit intimidating. Instructor Melbin de la Cruz went over each dance step-by-step before cranking up the music so we could give it a whirl. Though the tempo of the class seemed to start slow, I felt my heart rate increasing with each passing minute, and the hour flew by before I knew it. By the grand finale, the fast-paced merengue, my blood was really flowing and I was feeling the effects of a true aerobic workout. The Latin dances particularly target your core muscles and your hips, said de la Cruz, pointing out that even the rumba, the slowest of the moves, increases core muscle control. Of course, an added benefit for repeat attendees is an overall increase in physical fitness and improved rhythm as you become more comfortable with the moves, making this an excellent option for exercise buffs and ambitious dancers alike, the latter of whom may wish to progress to the studio?s more advanced dance classes. Super fun way to work out!

Came there once with a few friends to check out the place.
The store's name already gave us an idea about how the store is, but even more than what we expected.
Most of the stuffs in there won't be find in regular store, all kind of weird looking items.
The price for these items are low, so I spend a few dollars. The stuffs still last and working.

Bloom littles is a kids store carrying designer fashions. They always have the best lines in that no other store in town carries. The staff is always so sweet and knowledgeable and the owner is so wonderful. They will have fun events from time to time and they always have such cute advertising!

This place was a lot of fun. I went with my friend Jessica and we found some great deals. I really liked their selection of clothes and goodies, and they were fairly priced in my opinion. They even have a used clothes section with great deals and great finds. I totally plan on going back.

Old Navy is a great place to shop for the entire family. They have adorable clothes for kids and great outfits for men and woman as well. I love this store and enjoy shopping here. The music they place is very up beat and makes the shopping experience quite fun. The clothing prices are reasonable and the clearance racks have great deals. I buy all my children's socks at Old Navy because they have the skid proof bottoms on them! Old Navy is great!

I love this Disney Store of course I am a Disney fanatic. The staff at this store or so nice they make sure you are informed of the newest movies that are coming out from the vault and they give you a calendar for you to look at. The store is always very neat and kept up where as some stores are jsut horrible. I always come here is I am looking for something Disney related and you are guarenteed to find it.

I love Kohl's Department Store. They have all brand name you are looking for. The Employees are friendly! You don't have to stand in line, if you are in line and there are more than 2 people in line they open up more registers! I work at Kohl's in Gainesville and there are a lot of them in Atlanta.
