Good food. I had the young chow fried rice and will definitely recommend. Ate jelly fish also. There is lot of crowd and many people like the food here. Will definitely come to this place next time i visit florida! more

I come here for the dim sum, which are tasty. The service really depends on your waitress; sometimes we have good service, other times the staff is not polite, and they definitely try to pressure you to rush through your meal. For me, the dim sum is generally worth putting up with any less than stellar service. more

We've been going to Toa Toa for 8+ years, and this is the first time we have ever been so insulted by a waitress. To start off she seated two parties that came after us before us, her attitude became miserable and always had a frown on her face as she served us dim sum. To top it off she kicked my $400 handbag on the back of the chair. As we were leaving another waitress asked why did we leave a tip lesson 15% when she was told the reason why she kept on asking who was the girl. more

I ate there on a weekday at lunchtime. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dim Sum menu is extensive. We enjoyed most everything, but it seemed to be missing "something". I think we are spoiled by having eaten at Hong Kong City so often. I feel they have a more authentic Chinese menu, and the Dim Sum is outstanding. \r Having said that, the Mustard greens were fantastic, and the SIlver noodles were also a favorite at Toa Toa. more

We keep coming back for Dim Sum since Tropical Chinese Rest. is too far to go. The only dish we tried here we didn't like was the turnip square. All the others are excellent. We discovered we need to call ahead to have them save us the custard bun. Sooooo goood! We bring different friends and they all like it. more

This is by far the best Dim sum resturant in Broward County! The food is tasty and freshly made. I like going on Sundays when more is offered on the menu. SImple decor but the eating is great! more

Best Dim Sum in Broward County! 7/26/2011

If you are looking for authentic dim sum this is the place. They have a wide arrangement of dim sum and it's all very tastey and fresh. In addition there chinese food is to die for. I highly recommend trying the chow fun it is the best I have ever tasted. Don't let the location fool you, this is not your ordinary strip mall chinese restaurant. more

I can't speak for the regular food because I have not tried it yet BUT as for the dim sum! It was great! It was my first time trying dim sum at Toa Toa so, I asked one of the ladies what she would recommend. She told me the chicken feet and the steamed ribs are good. I ordered those among other things I normally enjoy at a dim sum restaurant and it was all very good! I will be going back again for sure! more

Great dim sum. I'm originally from up north (NJ and NY area) and I've found that good Chinese food is hard to come by down here, but this place is excellent. I have yet to have anything from their regular menu because my husband and I usually come for the dim sum on Sundays (which is a very busy day for them, by the way), but we've been very pleased with everything that we've had there. Service is just so-so, but this is the kind of place where you come for the food, not really the service. Definitely recommend. more

I've been here numerous times and the food is extraordinary...love love love the shrimp dumping. The wonton noodle soup is phenomenal, I call the dumplings in the soup little bundles of love. This place has phenomenal dim sum, great service, great tea (try the jasmine tea), great egg rolls and stupendous Chinese food. more

My local favorite. Not close by either. It's several miles away. I pass several other Chinese establishments along the way. Super Dim Sum. Try the Shrimp Taro, Deep Fried Shrimp Dumplings, Fried Shrimp Balls, Marinated Baby Octopus, Mussels with Black Bean Sauce & Stuffed Black Mushrooms. The House Special Wonton Soup is full of flavor with plump shrimp, tender slices of chicken breast and juicy pork slices. All of the following are Great and China Town Worthy. The Orange Flavored Beef, Shrimp with Scallops, Diced Chicken with Cashew Nut, Chicken with Broccoli, Sliced Beef with Broccoli, Pepper Steak, Beef Pan Fried Noodles, Shrimp with Garlic Sauce, Hunan Beef and Singapore Rice Noodle. more

Hot, crisp, yielding sesame ball desserts, sweet shrimp dumplings, very good dim sum choices overall. I've only had better egg custards and pork buns at Yank Sing. If only the decor could rival Tropical Cinese in Miami, then this place would be perfect. more

Absolutely fabulous !!! Best dim sums in S. Florida, the chef used to own a restaurant in Hong Kong, from were he brought the kitchen personnel. We are frequent patrons and love the customer service and food. We prefer to dine as a group and ask about 3 counts of dim sum per person plus a Singapore noodles portion. Do not miss the chive dumplings. Ask for the dim sum menu, served any time daily. more

Dim Sum enthusiasts must try Toa Toa 10/19/2008

If you like Dim Sum then you will definitely enjoy. Great food and great service at a reasonable price. I will definitely be going back again. Pros: Great food Cons: use of MSG more

The real deal & all you have to do is look at the pictures! 6/1/2008

We were first introduced to Dim Sum in NYC China Town. My sister-in-laws' father is the head chef for the best Dim Sum in NYC! We had no idea what was ordered since we couldn't speak Chinese. When we were taken to Toa Toa (by a friend born & raised in China) we couldn't believe that we could get Dim Sum that was as good as NYC; but we can! Toa Toa is the REAL DEAL. Pros: Just like mainland China Cons: Sometimes closes during the summer more
