I don't live in SLC, and don't frequent McDonalds much, but my son was hungry on our way home from an appointment, and so we stopped to grab something quick. They charged my card twice, for two different amounts (ended up paying more than double what my original charge should have been). When I called to get it fixed they said the only way to correct it was for me to drive back down there and have them refund my card. Not living in Salt Lake makes that 100% inconvenient, and there was not one thing they would do to right there mistake.
