HORRIBLE COMPANY! I called my warranty company do to an issue with our washer. They sent this company out. A man who hardly spoke English came out, opened our washing machine door, closed it and said he would be in touch. Seriously it was all of 2 minutes he was there if that. A week went by with no contact so I call the company. They said they received an email from him stating it was ""abuse"" and closed our file. We do not slam dance with our washing machine. We do not wash crack in our stuff over sized items into it. They refuse to send someone else out or fix it. This company is a SCAM and I paid for a warranty that is worthless! I will be writing a review on the Warranty company as well!
