We ordered furniture on the 9th of April. We needed this furniture in place nlt May 14th. The salesman said that it wouldn't be problem. I've called 4 times and have been told that it was either being shipped, in the process of shipping and last week that it was on the truck from Indiana and would be in sometime last week. Today I'm told that it will be in on Friday of this week. They were very happy to sell this furniture to us and accepted our deposit quite graciously, especially knowing that downpayments are not refundable and factory ordered merchandise cannot be cancelled. I had to borrow chairs for a party we scheduled because our living room is bare. I'll think twice before I buy from them again.
