I have been going here a long, long time and it has progressively going down hill. Don't ever ask to discuss something off the record because that won't happen. Nothing is personal. Dr. Piccolo is rough. The nurse practioner, Debbie Taylor, probably is the most congenial person there but don't challenge her. And......their office staff is the WORSE. They are RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. They don't follow through with their work and don't question them because they'll snap your head off. Give someone a title (i.e., office manager) and I guess that's reason to be arrogant. They NEVER answer their phones and will return calls when they feel like it. It could be 2 days later. Sorry, my question might be important to me and that's what you get paid to do. They have a huge turnover of office personnel. That's why the voice mail says "appointment secretary" or "medical secretary", that way they don't have to worry about changing names.
