I have used this company 3 times for moves and each time they have broken $500-$1000 worth of stuff. Careless stuff like dropping a box of china, etc. that was clearly labeled ""fragile"". I just began to accept this as a cost of moving and took out the insurance for an extra $100 last time. When I filed my claim for $95 (it wasn't based on value, only weight per their table), they never paid me my claim despite repeated follow ups.\r
Any company that collects money for insurance and doesn't pay is involved in fraud. \r
Some of their moving people are knowledgeable but when you only have 1 person who knows what they are doing and 3 people are doing your moving job, it is inefficient and careless and results in wasted time, higher costs and broken things. \r
I have since used another moving company which was professional and can't believe I put up with these schmucks more than once.
