Dishonest, unfriendly, and unprofessional.
Hands down the worst locksmith in Portland. These guys will give you a great quote over the phone, but its a LIE. I had them come to unlock my truck door, they gave me a quote between 35$ and 55$. I thought it sounded reasonable, however ; after the guy opened the door he handed me a bill for 150$. I immediately got on the phone and tried to get a hold of his supervisor, I was told they would call me back (did not happen) After I called back several times,they had the same guy that ripped me off call me back, so I asked to speak with someone in the billing department . He then put me on hold for a minute and when he got back on he tried to pretend he was the billing department. I have since then tried to get a hold of a supervisor, but no matter what time I call there is not one around. I have been robbed by a den of thieves, don't let it happen to you. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! WORST LOCKSMITH EVER!!!! Grade= F--
