Not as good over the years. I lived there for 6yrs. It changed owners several times, and the older owners were better. Unlike Kingswick who only accepts cats, HR accepts cats & dogs. If you dont want to be bothered all day/night by dog barking, make sure you ask for an end unit without dogs surrounding you. I kid you not, you can hear the stereos, alarm clocks, even the guy sneezing next door! The office staff changes constantly as well as the maintenance team. But they do a good job. I would check out Kingswick though...ive lived in both.
