I could not agree more that this jeweler deserves zero stars. This place is worse than a used car dealership. I had my engagement ring put in a different setting by the ""master"" jeweler. I went back to the store 4 times, and the work was flawed and unfinished each time. I told the owner I was unhappy with my ring, and he incredibly condescending from the start. He proceeded to blame my unhappiness with the ring on my age, then he began to question my intelligence. The best part was when he told me that I pissed him off. How unprofessional! I am your customer! Oh, it's also very funny how he will tell you that they are honest and never lie, yet simultaneously change his story multiple times. The owner of the store will try to sell you anything, and depending on what is convenient for you, he will rip you off and even find a way to charge you more, explaining what a great price he is giving you. I am still unhappy with my ring, but I refuse to step foot in that store ever again and would rather lose my money than work with obnoxious, unprofessional sales people. Please don't ever give this jeweler your business. It would be an incredible injustice to real, professional jewelers out there.
