I have visited KE on several occasions, either for the great free seminars offered by Bob Seebohar's Fuel4mance, purchasing gear or, as on my most recent visit, for bike service. Ryan has an unbelievable amount of knowledge and doesn't hesitate to educate when asked. He is personable and gives the undivided attention that can make a customer feel important. The gear and clothing are top notch and community involvement even better. I couldn't ask for a better experience with a real neighborhood feel.
