I went straight from Bikram (hot) yoga (after showering!) to get my hair cut at Holly James Salon for the first time. I had a deep conditioning treatment done first and was seated under a hair dryer for 15 minutes. By the time I was finished, I was thoroughly overheated (not their fault; I asked for a deep condition). But, when I went to have my hair rinsed, there was no hot water! My stylist was mildly apologetic but didn't seem very surprised. The water was ice cold. This, on top of a very hot scalp, was incredibly uncomfortable and painful. I have never had this happen anywhere else and won't go back again.
