my car was to be picked up at ten am. after many calls to and from kufner assuring me ""its on its way"" and ""he'll be there in fifteen minutes"", the tow truck finally arrived, two hours late. i was told i was gonna be charged by mileage. not sure how a less than ten mile tow wound up to be fifty dollars. way to not communicate within your own company on towing rates. its either a flat rate or by mileage is what i was told.
