my appointment was at 6:20 in the evening...I got off of work at 5:00 and went ahead and went to their office. I signed in, told them I was way early but had nothing else to do, prepared to wait until 6:20. They got me back in the chair within 5 minutes and I was home by my original appointment time. Very quick and great experience, as usual!
