It seems as tho these employees hate having to answer any questions or to assist you??? Why do they not get any training.
I was there to buy a selhealing cuttin board. When I questioned the clerk where they were she just made a motion with her head over there!! After finding them (no help from her) I informed her it didn't say self healing and I already had one just like that........As she tossed her head and rudely said ""well I have had the same mat for 5 years and it works just fine........Needless to say that was a lost sale.
On another accassion I ask the clerk if they carried Ombre fabric, she acted as tho I had committed a cardinal sin, saying if we have that it would be out there!! Motioning to all the fabric in the store,
Please I am an elderly lady, don't get around too well so my therapy is sewing, making quilts and quillos for the needy....A little kindness and respect.
