I am at this point worried about my Acura MDX SUV that I had taken there for mild collision repair over 3 weeks ago. I call practically daily now since they don't return calls and have made excuses like ""wrong fender ordered. new bumper doesn't fit, etc."" I've had my check from insurance company for more than 2 1/2 weeks so it's not a payment issue at all. Looks like I won't have our SUV read for Thanksgiving and have made arrangements, but the other 1 star review here worries me. This place definitely does not have it together when it comes to collision repair so wanted to warn others about this place. Any helpful advice would be welcome.
