Gave these guys my Sony Bravia to repair. They told me it would be $400 (actually turned out to be $525). They told me it would be delivered at 10 a.m. When the TV didn't arrive by 11, I called and asked where it was. They told me I never authorized repairs so it wasn't done. When I asked why they told me it would be delivered at 10 if it hadn't been repaired, they then said they had fixed it and they would bring it to me if I paid them. They brought the TV and I cut them a check. Twenty minutes after they left, the exact same problem happened. Basically, they didn't fix anything but they took my money. Thank god for "stop payments" on checks.
