Horrible service. Why do they have a monoploy on cable? Can't get Fios at my location, and AT&T's service is lack-luster at best.
Satellite providers are not much better.
As a whole we are bound to purchase from these entities that do not care much about customer service, but what is the consumer to do if all of them neither provide a value service nor do they provide customer care?
IMO TW Cable is leading the pack on how not to treat their customers.
