We took our new puppy, Lucy, in for her initial eval and booster shots. I was impressed by the caring nature of Dr. Chao and the time she took to educate me and my 3 year old son in caring for our new puppy. A few hours after we got home, Lucy began repeatedly vomiting. I called the clinic just before closing time and the staff immediately got Dr. Chao on the phone. She stated Lucy was probably having a reaction to the booster shots. She said to bring her in and she would wait for us. Not only did Dr. Chao and staff stay after hours to see Lucy, she gave her some fluids to keep her from dehydrating and medication for the reaction. She charged for the medications, but did not charge for the exam or after hour?s fees. She was genuine in her care for Lucy and I am so glad we found this clinic, as we will happily continue to take our pets there and recommend it to anyone who wants their pets seen by professional yet sincerely caring staff.
