I came to Sutton Place Physical Therapy for something called ""runner's knee"". Apparently, the muscles in my right leg were overused and causing me pain. I spent about 6 weeks going through some exercises to help strengthen surrounding muscles and stretch my leg out. I worked with a great PT, who stretched my leg very thoroughly, massaged near the pain - it always felt great after each session. He explained why I was in pain, and what I could do to avoid having future leg problems. Overall, this was a great experience. At first, I was really scared of the whole idea that I might be injured forever, but I'm so glad I came to this location for help. They really cured me - I haven't had any pain in a year!
