Spa Inspectors were great! I tried to get around paying for a service call, but called them after two bozo companies came out. They technician knew his stuff and fixed most of my issue immediately. The other issue was for a special order part, which they got in 3 days and were back out to finish up. I'm happy my spa is back up and running.
