about 5 years ago this used to be a great center but then management changed and its gone down hill. The staff is barely trained to be working with kids. Most of the rooms are filled to capacity with the minimum teachers(ie 30 kids to 3 teachers) They also have a fast turn over rate so the kids don't get the same teacher for very long

This is a nice little quilt store. I went in because it in the same plaza as fly paper. I like that they offer classes! It's nice to be able to go to a quilt store, get your pattern and all the fabric needed in one place. I have not had that happen before. The prices are great also. They beat out some of the major fabric stores price wise, it may cost a bit more, but the quality is so far above the other stores that you can tell your getting more for your money. The staff is very helpful with any question you may have also.

Attended the King Career Center's Computer and Electronics Technology course for 2 semesters during high school. Learned a whole lot about what I wanted to do with my life and earned 11 University of Alaska Anchorage credits, 8 of which are counting toward my major. So many courses offered, if you still in high school, you'd be cheating yourself to not try a course relating to a field of interest for at least a semester.

My son went to this school, and was assaulted 2 times by another child, the second time needing medical attention. The school ignored its own polices and ignored us, and left the other child in school. Go to the municipality child care division and look at there past violations and reports. The school was also operating on a provisional license. This school should be shut down, and anchorage needs stiffer laws to protect innocent kids from getting hurt.
