Twice I have inconvenienced Pickerings by trying to give them my business. I have gone to them off and on for approximately 10 years but I will not be returning. The last example of how I inconvenienced them is by making an appt. a week in advance for an oil change at 3:30pm. On the day of my oil change, I received a voice message in the morning from Pickerings asking where I was. I called back and advised I had made the appointment for 3:30pm. The tech went on and on about how oil changes were only done in the a.m. because their bays get filled up in the afternoon. Randy never mentioned this when I made the appointment. I told the tech I would call at 3pm and see if they could get me in. When I called at 3pm, the tech informed me that they could not do my oil change even though I made an appt. a week ahead of time and scheduled around it. I don't believe this company in clear on the fact that they are in a service oriented business.
