They said ""sure, we can do that"" ""we can work that out"" ""we'll make it look just how you want it"" ... and weeks later, didn't happen.. I wanted a ring in white gold that they only had in platinum.. They insured me that they could make a ring just like it, and when i went back to pick it up, it was nothing of the sort. Side stones were supposed to be three prong settings and they put it in four and the band was supposed to have a ""pinched"" feature that was none existent on the one they presented to me. Still haven't gotten what I wanted it, and am still working to have the ring I originally ordered. Makes me sick to my stomach that they are ""playing"" with the ring that I've paid for.

Cons: Tried to give me something other than what I ordered!
