I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. I was in for a Mothers Day purchase and the store was extremely busy...tons of people, but someone has always acknowledge me very quickly. I have read some negative reviews and I am here to tell you that these must be from impatient people or just complainers. I have shopped at multiple Jared stores and have never, never had any issues (and I go in wearing sweats too!) more

I went to Jareds to buy a couple Pandora charms for a bracelet. I knew they were busy cause of Christmas but waited till a saleperson was free. However another person walked into the store and when a sales representative came free he walked directly over to her even though I been waiting. He then said oh you wanted same thing didn't you and you were first. I said yes and then he went on to help her anyway. I may of been dressed in sweats but I had just as money to spend there as anyone else. I just decided that Jared and the Sales Representative did not want my money and left. more

They said ""sure, we can do that"" ""we can work that out"" ""we'll make it look just how you want it"" ... and weeks later, didn't happen.. I wanted a ring in white gold that they only had in platinum.. They insured me that they could make a ring just like it, and when i went back to pick it up, it was nothing of the sort. Side stones were supposed to be three prong settings and they put it in four and the band was supposed to have a ""pinched"" feature that was none existent on the one they presented to me. Still haven't gotten what I wanted it, and am still working to have the ring I originally ordered. Makes me sick to my stomach that they are ""playing"" with the ring that I've paid for. I needed my engagement ring re-sized, so I went to Jared. The re-sizing service costed $25. The salesman took my ring and had me fill out a form. Then he had me look at my ring under the microscope. Why? Since a couple of the stones appeared to be ever-so-slightly loose under the microscope, he was trying to butter me up to have the setting tightened for an additional $25. This was not in my budget. He was hoping that since I already filled out a form, and since he attempted to ""scare"" me with the loose stone debacle, and since he hoped I was a passive little woman who would agree to anything, he expected that I would walk out of there spending $50 instead of $25. I instructed him to simply re-size the ring. He made the excuse that the ring couldn't be re-sized because the stones were loose and he needed to tighten the setting in order to re-size the ring. The clincher is that my ring is very modest and simple. None of the three tiny stones in the setting would hinder the re-sizing of the band whatsoever. You bet I took my ring and bailed out the door without a word. I went to Kaminsky Jewelers in Marietta, and they re-sized my ring at a reasonable price without having to ""tighten the setting first."" No hassle, and I was treated with respect and without manipulation. Silly salesman. You should have stayed with selling used cars. Pros: um... Cons: Sleazy ""used car"" salesman more

When I started looking for an engagement ring I went to Jared and they have a nice selection but the service was horrible. The first incident was when I told the salesman what my price range was and he showed me a few diamonds that were just slightly above the price range. I asked if he had anything else that was within my price range and he then showed me a smaller diamond that was more expensive. The second incident was when I first picked out the setting it was listed at one price, and after the diamond was mounted the setting price had increased. The third incident was when they told me I could pick up my finished ring they had lost the record of the ring. After about about 15 minutes of the sales people panicing looking for the ring, I just left and it was the best decision I ever made. Pros: good selection Cons: sales people don't listen and they try to sell you something you clearly don't want more
